Stop logging no-ops as Info We don't really need to know that everything is done, so we can keep this at FINE instead of INFO. We can always tweak log-levels if we want this info back. Solves: Jira GER-2225 Change-Id: If3004c7b67b991c4ec482c4c3d3594612a4fc886
